Food can be more fun when it’s tiny, unnecessary, but always more fun. These taro pancakes are best served warm with butter and syrup.

Ingredients
2 cups of the Hawaii's Original Taro Pancake Mix
1 cup of water, add more if needed
Plain Greek Yogurt, optional but highly recommended
Instructions
Follow the packaging instructions and combine the pancake mix with water.
To give it an extra bit of flavor, you can add 1 spoonful of yogurt per ½ - 1 cup of liquid. Mix well.
Over a non-stick pan on low-medium heat, use a spoon to ladle a very small amount of batter onto the pan. Wait to flip it until it starts to brown and the top facing mix has started to solidify.
Once browned on both sides, remove from the pan and into a serving bowl. These mini pancakes taste best when served with butter and syrup. Enjoy!
NOTE: We filled up the tip of the spoon and lightly tapped it against the pan to ensure we had enough batter to form a mini pancake. Occasionally we used the tip to make a circle motion to help the batter form the right shape. It took a while to get the right amount and so our first several pancakes were a little larger than expected.
