Hot Honey

Yields: 12-16 oz

Time: 10 min


Nothing beats a spicy & sweet condiment in your cabinet. Drizzle over a salad, avocado toast, or whatever you want to spice and sweeten up.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups honey

3 tsp red pepper flakes, or to taste

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

1 tbs sriracha, or to taste


Instructions

  1. Add the honey and chili flakes to a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Cook for 2-4 minutes.

  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the apple cider vinegar and sriracha.

  3. Let cool and transfer to a glass container. Enjoy!
