Here’s another fun airfryer recipe to try out when you’re in need of a snack. Who doesn’t love a warm jammy egg and toast?
Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
Olive oil
1 garlic clove
4 egg yolks
5 tbs butter, room temp
Zest of 1 lemon
Black pepper
Salt
Green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
Take two slices of your desired bread, and brush them lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
Toast to your desired amount, remove from the airfryer, and rub raw garlic clove on top.
In a small pot, boil some water, lower the heat to medium, and place a heat proof bowl on top.
Let the steam heat the bowl, and add in your egg yolks. Mix for about 1 minute until the yolks starts to thicken (but not cook). Remove from the heat.
Quickly mix together the egg yolks, butter, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on your top, and top with green onions, a little extra black pepper and some sea salt. Enjoy!
