This is a super quick, and easy recipe! Who doesn’t love a giant mess-free cookie? Everything is made in the skillet, and then topped off with a generous scoop of ice cream!
Ingredients
2 cups and 2 tbs flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1-2 large scoops of ice cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large cast iron skillet, melt the butter until it is completely melted and coats the skillet. Turn the heat down to low and add in the sugar and brown sugar, making sure to stir constantly.
Let the skillet cool for 15 min in the refrigerator or freezer. Remove from either, and add in the eggs and vanilla.
Stir in the salt, baking soda and the flour. Mix in the chocolate.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly golden brown to golden brown (depending on how gooey you want the center).
Top with ice cream and enjoy!
