Happy Holidays! Happy Hanukkah! Merry Christmas! With the year coming to a close, and this time of the year being full of friends, family and good food, we wanted to celebrate and cheers to that! This drink is super quick, very simple, and you can do whatever ratio of ginger beer, to bubbly that you prefer. Cheers to you!
Ingredients
1 thin slice of ginger, peeled or rinsed
3 oz cava, champagne, prosecco (your choice)
3 oz of ginger beer

Process
Fill a glass with ice, and place a thin slice of ginger on the side.
Pour in the champagne and ginger beer (brand) of your choice. You're welcome to change the ratio that we've suggested. Whatever you like, you can do!
