Baked brie is a fun, and simple appetizer that is a fan favorite. Serve with apples, crackers, meat, honey, jam or whatever additions you'd like.
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry, defrosted
1 (7 oz.) wheel of brie, refrigerated
1⁄4 cup raspberry jam
Egg wash, for brushing
Crackers, for serving
Instructions
Heat oven to 425°.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and cut puff pastry into an 9" square/circle. Ensure that your puff pastry has warmed to room temperature so that it is pliable.
Place brie in the center and top with jam.
Fold corners of dough up and around the cheese, sealing it at the top. You’ll want to make sure there are no holes in the pastry, or the cheese could melt out.
Brush with egg wash and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until pastry is golden and cheese has melted.
Serve with crackers, jam, honey, meat, figs, and any other fun finger foods.
