Champagne Punch Bellini

Who doesn’t love sparkling wine, sorbet & fresh fruit? Together they add a nice punch to a summery brunch drink that is both light, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of champagne, sparkling wine, or prosecco

  • 1/2 cup raspberry sorbet -- or another flavor of your choice

  • Fresh strawberries & blackberries

Process

  1. In a champagne flute, add 1 tbs of the sorbet into the glass. Fill the flute up with your liquid of choice, and top off with fresh berries.

  2. Serve while chilled.

  3. Enjoy!

Note: You do not have to use a champagne flute. We used large wine glasses, so we kept increasing the amount while keeping the same ratio of sorbet to liquid. We recommend giving it a taste as you go if you are serving it in larger glasses.
