High balls are known for their ratios of alcohol to carbonated liquids. We wanted to make a lychee-centered summer-y drink. A bit on the sweeter side, you can adjust the amount of syrup & soda water. Top it off with lychee fruit for garnish!
Ingredients
½ cup lychee juice
1-2 tbsp raspberry syrup
1 tbs lemon juice
1.5 shots of your alcohol of choice
Topped off with soda water (or ginger ale)
Canned lychees (optional)
Ice
Process
Combine the ingredients into a large glass, starting with the ice.
Garnish with lychee, or use a drink stick to lay horizontally over the drink.
