Prosciutto Wrapped Figs & Goat Cheese


This recipe is perfect for a quick snack and provides a great balance of sweet & salty. You'll see we got it all fig-ured out!

Serves: 4

Prep time: 10 min

Ingredients

1 pint fresh figs

3 ounces prosciutto

2 ounces goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep figs by cutting off the top stem. Starting from the top, cut the fig into quarters but stopping about ⅔ of the way down. The fig should still be intact at the base of the fruit.

  2. Take about a grape sized chunk of the goat cheese and lightly stuff into the fig.

  3. Cut long, one inch thick slices of prosciutto and gently wrap 1 slice around the each fig.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
