Who doesn't love chocolate?! A childhood treat, updated with dark chocolate.

Cook Time: 5-10 min
Yields: 3-4 dozen
6 tbs of butter, unsalted
1 ½ bag of marshmallows
8-12 oz of dark chocolate, melted
5 cups rice krispies cereal
Coarse sea salt
1. Over medium high heat, melt butter in a large pot, and add in the marshmallows. Stir well until smooth.
2. Add rice rice krispies to the marshmallow mixture and mix until evenly combined.
3. Turn the mixture out onto a piece of wax paper and flatten into a rectangle that is about 1 inch thick. Place in fridge to cool.
4. Set up a double boiler and melt chocolate over medium heat.
5. Pour melted chocolate over cooled rice krispies. Smooth out over the top & add coarse sea salt immediately before chocolate cools. Place back in fridge and let cool until chocolate solidifies.
6. Using a warm wet knife, cut into small bite size squares.
7. Enjoy!
